As of 2020, the Sotheby’s International Realty network has more than 20,000 sales associates in 990 offices in 72 countries and territories worldwide, so it was incredible to help their CEO and Colorado-based arm to develop an exclusively designed fractional destination brand and curated franchise of the most luxurious homes and yachts ever assembled across the world for an ultra-high net worth client base strategically conceived as another segment of their already impressive and diverse businesses. Hence, we developed Aurora and the branded message, Where Freedom and Luxury Intersect, to position this destination-based membership club as an exclusive alternative to maintaining multiple vacation homes around the world.
